Idle air bypass valve BOSCH for Fiat 124 Spider

New BOSCH additional air slide that can be used as an alternative to the one originally installed (no longer available) in the Fiat 124 Spider!

Function:

During the warm-up phase, the additional air valve provides an additional amount of air to overcome the increased friction in the cold engine together with the additional fuel.

A perforated orifice in the additional air valve controls the amount of air that flows through it. It is installed on the engine in such a way that it absorbs its heat. In addition, it is electrically heated to match the engine characteristics. The warmer the engine, the less supplementary air is provided.

For petrol injection models, this is therefore a functionally relevant component.
