How does a return work?

  1. Please note the right of withdrawal and terms and conditions.

  2. Use the return form: Click here to download.

  3. Fill out the form and put it in the package with the return items.

  4. Pack the goods well, please in the original packaging, so that the goods arrive safely! You are liable for any damage.

  5. Send the package to our warehouse: Arnold Classic GmbH, Ahornweg 7, 31867 Lauenau, GERMANY

  6. We process your return.

  7. If the check is successful, we will refund you the amount. The repayment will be made via the payment method that you used for the purchase.

Who pays the return shipping?

The shipping costs for the return are only covered by us if the shipment was faulty on our part.

 

How long can I return items?

You can return the goods within 30 days of receipt, regardless of the reason. Articles must be in their original packaging.

If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact us in advance. You will then receive a return label.

 

Can I return items from multiple orders together?

Of course, you can also return items from several orders together. Please ensure that you state all relevant order numbers on the return form.

 

Can I return parts that have already been installed?

The return of already installed parts can only be guaranteed if the shipment was faulty on our part.

 

Can I return items from outside the European Union (EU)?

Returns from non-EU member states are only accepted in exceptional cases. If you wish to return goods from outside the EU, please notify us in advance and ship your package exclusively with FedEx or UPS for a hassle-free re-import into the EU. Unannounced returns from non-EU countries that require additional customs clearance measures will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.
